On May 25th, 2008 our community was hit by another tornado. The first one was on May 11th, 2000. The tornado has affected a lot of people's lives. The event has brought in a flood of mixed emotions. Our church family is grieving with those many persons who suffered personal loss. We are so very thankful that there were no injuries or deaths in our immediate area. The storm has impacted us all....God Bless us and keep us safe.
Some of our other activities in our church include our quilting, circle meetings, our work with the Prairie Grace Conference.
Our quilting group meets usually the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 9 AM. They make them for Bremwood giving kids and other adults there a quilt. Also every year, our church makes so many quilts a year and sends them to other churches in our community.
With Prairie Grace Conference, we work with other churches in the area that are a part of the Prairie Grace Conference to support and encourage cooperating ministry.
Our circle meetings consist of a Faith Circle meeting that is usually the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 10 AM.
Use of Facility- our church use can be for the congregation and for the community to use according to our church use policy. Please check with the church office for availability and the church guidelines.
